In Friday's non-league outing, the Culpeper County Blue Devils (Culpeper, VA) basketball squad edged the visiting Louisa County Lions (Mineral, VA), by a margin of 70-66.
The Blue Devils (3-3) will now prepare for their outing against Caroline (Milford, VA). The Cavaliers go into the Battlefield outing with a 2-2 record. In their last outing, Caroline was tipped by Woodbridge (Woodbridge, VA), 71-65, in a non-league outing.
The Lions now own a 0-4 record. They play next when they travel to Amherst County for a non-league outing on Monday, December 12. Louisa County will clash with a Lancers squad coming off a 73-46 non-league win over Waynesboro (Waynesboro, VA). The Lancers record now stands at 4-1.
