Tennessee High School Basketball - Cumberland Gap overwhelmed by Pigeon Forge

The Pigeon Forge Tigers basketball team scored 68 points and restricted the host Cumberland Gap Panthers to 45 in the Tigers league victory on Friday.
The Tigers now sport a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Gatlinburg-Pittman for a 2A District 2 contest on Friday, December 16. Pigeon Forge will battle a Highlanders team coming off a 76-40 non-league win over Seymour (Seymour, TN). The Highlanders record now stands at 7-1.
The Panthers (0-5) will now prepare for their contest against J.I. Burton (Norton, VA). The Black Raiders come into the non-league contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, J.I. Burton was routed by Grundy (Grundy, VA), 3-1, in a non-league contest.
