The Notre Dame Prep Fighting Irish basketball team scored 58 points and restricted the host Divine Child Falcons to 49 in the Fighting Irish league victory on Friday.
The Fighting Irish now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Saginaw for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 10. Notre Dame Prep will battle a Trojans team coming off a 79-36 non-league win over Flint Southwestern Academy (Flint, MI). The Trojans record now stands at 1-0.
The Falcons (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Fordson (Dearborn, MI). The Tractors come into the non-league contest with a 2-1 record. In their last contest, Fordson dropped by Allen Park (Allen Park, MI), 77-69, in a non-league contest.
