Eastside Prep (Kirkland, WA) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Granite Falls Tigers (Granite Falls, WA), 71-34 in a league bout.

With the victory, Eastside Prep upgrades its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The travel to Charles Wright (Tacoma, WA) to play the Tarriers in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 10. The Tarriers come into the bout with a record of 0-3. Charles Wright lost 81-38 in their recent league bout against Annie Wright (Tacoma, WA)

Next up, the Tigers play the University Prep Pumas (Seattle, WA) in a 1A Emerald Sound bout, on Tuesday, December 13. Granite Falls will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Pumas come into the bout with a 1-2 record after their 56-44 league loss to Sultan (Sultan, WA).
