Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Eastside Lions (Lancaster, CA) and the visiting Palmdale Falcons (Palmdale, CA), saw Eastside's basketball squad knock off Palmdale by a tally of 59-43.

With the victory, Eastside improves its record to 10-1 on the campaign. The Lions host Littlerock (Littlerock, CA) to play the Lobos in a Golden challenge on Wednesday, December 14. The Lobos come into the challenge with a record of 6-2. Littlerock lost 52-50 in their recent league challenge against Knight (Palmdale, CA)

Next up, the Falcons play the St. Genevieve Valiants (Panorama City, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, December 12. Palmdale will attempt to improve on its 1-6 season record. The Valiants come into the challenge with a 2-5 record after their 59-55 non-league win over Viewpoint (Calabasas, CA).
