The Fargo South Bruins basketball team scored 71 points and restricted the visiting Grand Forks Central Knights to 64 in the Bruins league victory on Friday.

The Bruins now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Grand Forks Central for a A East contest on Saturday, January 14.

The Knights (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against Red River (Grand Forks, ND). The Roughriders come into the A East contest with a 2-0 record. In their last contest, Red River edged Fargo North (Fargo, ND), 77-65, in a league contest.
