The Northside Mustangs basketball team scored 48 points and held the host Foreman Hornets to 21 in the Mustangs league victory on Friday.

With the victory, Northside upgrades its record to 6-5 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Butler (Chicago, IL) to play the Lynx in a non-league bout on Monday, December 12. The Lynx come into the bout with a record of 3-6. Butler lost 78-52 in their recent non-league bout against Perspectives Leadership/Technology (Chicago, IL)

Next up, the Hornets play the Mather Rangers (Chicago, IL) in a Chicago Public - White North bout, on Wednesday, December 14. Foreman will attempt to upgrade on its 0-5 season record. The Rangers come into the bout with a 2-6 record after their 47-34 non-league win over Yeshiva (Skokie, IL).
