The Fort Bend Hightower Hurricanes (Missouri City, TX) basketball knocked off the host Fort Bend Dulles Vikings (Sugar Land, TX), 69-52 in Friday's league test.

The Hurricanes (9-6) will now prepare for their test against George Ranch (Richmond, TX). The Longhorns go into the 6A Region III District 20 test with a 8-9 record. In their last test, George Ranch went down by Fort Bend Bush (Richmond, TX), 51-37, in a league test.

The Vikings now own a 7-9 record. They play next when they host Randle for a non-league test on Monday, December 12. Fort Bend Dulles will encounter a Lions squad coming off a 47-44 non-league loss to Crosby (Crosby, TX). The Lions record now stands at 2-10.
