The Waterloo East Trojans basketball team scored 79 points and restricted the host Fort Dodge Dodgers to 43 in the Trojans non-league victory on Friday.
The Trojans now sport a 3-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Burlington for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 10. Waterloo East will battle a Grayhounds team coming off a 59-44 non-league loss to Washington (Cedar Rapids, IA). The Grayhounds record now stands at 4-1.
The Dodgers (1-3) will now prepare for their contest against Hoover (Des Moines, IA). The Huskies come into the non-league contest with a 2-3 record. In their last contest, Hoover was routed by Lincoln (Des Moines, IA), 66-49, in a league contest.
