Shenandoah Zeps (Sarahsville, OH) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Fort Frye Cadets (Beverly, OH), 63-62 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Shenandoah upgrades its record to 2-2 on the campaign. The Zeps host Caldwell (Caldwell, OH) to play the Redskins in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 13. The Redskins come into the bout with a record of 3-0. Caldwell won 71-45 in their recent non-league bout against Belpre (Belpre, OH)

Next up, the Cadets play the Buckeye Trail Warriors (Lore City, OH) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 10. Fort Frye will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Warriors come into the bout with a 1-2 record after their 69-48 league loss to Malvern (Malvern, OH).
