Hall Warriors (Little Rock, AR) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Mills University Studies Comets (Little Rock, AR), 52-35 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Hall upgrades its record to 2-5 on the season. The Warriors host Lonoke (Lonoke, AR) to play the Jackrabbits in a 4A Region 5 bout on Wednesday, December 14. The Jackrabbits go into the bout with a record of 5-3. Lonoke won 44-43 in their recent non-league bout against England (England, AR)

Next up, the Comets play the Jonesboro Hurricane (Jonesboro, AR) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 16. Mills University Studies will attempt to upgrade on its 4-4 season record. The Hurricane go into the bout with a 8-1 record after their 65-39 non-league win over Pinkston (Dallas, TX).
