Perry County Central Commodores (Hazard, KY) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Harlan County Black Bears (Harlan, KY), 52-50 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Perry County Central upgrades its record to 4-1 on the season. The Commodores travel to Harlan (Harlan, KY) to play the Green Dragons in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 10. The Green Dragons go into the bout with a record of 4-0. Harlan won 75-56 in their recent non-league bout against Breathitt County (Jackson, KY)

Next up, the Black Bears play the Breathitt County Bobcats (Jackson, KY) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 10. Harlan County will attempt to upgrade on its 3-1 season record. The Bobcats go into the bout with a 2-1 record after their 75-56 non-league loss to Harlan (Harlan, KY).
