The Henley Hornets basketball team scored 53 points and restricted the visiting Marist Spartans to 37 in the Hornets non-league victory on Friday.
The Hornets now sport a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Philomath for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 10. Henley will battle a Warriors team coming off a 71-35 non-league win over Gladstone (Gladstone, OR). The Warriors record now stands at 3-0.
The Spartans (0-3) will now prepare for their contest against Gladstone (Gladstone, OR). The Gladiators come into the non-league contest with a 2-1 record. In their last contest, Gladstone was defeated by Philomath (Philomath, OR), 71-35, in a non-league contest.
