The Henry County Wildcats basketball team (New Castle, KY), was overwhelmed 67-43 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Owen County Rebels (Owenton, KY)
The Rebels now possess a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Grant County for a non-league battle on Saturday, December 10. Owen County will battle a Braves team coming off a 55-53 non-league win over Lexington Christian (Lexington, KY). The Braves record now stands at 4-0.
The Wildcats (0-3) will now prepare for their battle against Kentucky Country Day (Louisville, KY). The Bearcats come into the non-league battle with a 1-1 record. In their last battle, Kentucky Country Day trounced Eastern (Louisville, KY), 64-57, in a league battle.
