Lewiston Bengals (Lewiston, ID) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Lakeland Hawks (Rathdrum, ID), 77-46 in a league bout.

With the win, Lewiston upgrades its record to 3-1 on the season. The Bengals travel to Pendleton (Pendleton, OR) to clash with the Buckaroos in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 13. The Buckaroos go into the bout with a record of 4-2. Pendleton won 59-50 in their recent non-league bout against Faith Bible Christian (Aloha, OR)

Next up, the Hawks clash with the Moscow Bears (Moscow, ID) in a 5A/4A Inland Empire bout, on Friday, December 16. Lakeland will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record. The Bears go into the bout with a 3-1 record after their 72-66 non-league win over Clarkston (Clarkston, WA).
