The Seymour Warriors basketball team scored 73 points and held the visiting Moulton-Udell Eagles to 58 in the Warriors league triumph on Friday.

The Warriors now sport a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mount Ayr for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 10. Seymour will play a Raiders squad coming off a 69-50 league win over Southeast Warren (Liberty Center, IA). The Raiders record now stands at 5-0.

Next up, the Eagles play the Moravia Mohawks (Moravia, IA) in a Bluegrass bout, on Saturday, December 10. Moulton-Udell will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record. The Mohawks come into the bout with a 3-0 record after their 67-28 league win over Diagonal (Diagonal, IA).
