Missouri High School Basketball - Pembroke Hill tops Van Horn

Pembroke Hill Raiders (Kansas City, MO) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Van Horn Falcons (Independence, MO), 59-43 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Pembroke Hill upgrades its record to 3-1 on the campaign. The Raiders travel to Kankakee (Kankakee, IL) to play the Kays in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 17. The Kays come into the bout with a record of 5-2.
Next up, the Falcons play the St. Michael the Archangel Guardians (Lee's Summit, MO) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 20. Van Horn will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record. The Guardians come into the bout with a 0-1 record after their 60-54 non-league loss to Ruskin (Kansas City, MO).
