Peshtigo Bulldogs (Peshtigo, WI) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Sturgeon Bay Clippers (Sturgeon Bay, WI), 55-41 in a league bout.
With the win, Peshtigo upgrades its record to 4-1 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Marinette (Marinette, WI) to clash with the Marines in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 10. The Marines go into the bout with a record of 0-3. Marinette lost 68-56 in their recent league bout against Waupaca (Waupaca, WI)
Next up, the Clippers clash with the Sevastopol Pioneers (Sturgeon Bay, WI) in a Packerland bout, on Thursday, December 15. Sturgeon Bay will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record.
