The Rowlett Eagles basketball team scored 66 points and restricted the visiting South Garland Titans to 53 in the Eagles league victory on Friday.
The Eagles now sport a 4-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wylie for a 6A Region II District 9 contest on Tuesday, December 13. Rowlett will battle a Pirates team coming off a 64-44 league win over Lakeview Centennial (Garland, TX). The Pirates record now stands at 8-5.
The Titans (5-6) will now prepare for their contest against Wylie East (Wylie, TX). The Raiders come into the 6A Region II District 9 contest with a 10-3 record. In their last contest, Wylie East prevailed over Garland (Garland, TX), 55-44, in a league contest.
