Westminster Christian Wildcats (Huntsville, AL) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host St. John Paul II Falcons (Huntsville, AL), 68-41 in a league bout.

With the victory, Westminster Christian upgrades its record to 9-2 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Florence (Florence, AL) to play the Falcons in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 13. The Falcons come into the bout with a record of 3-4. Florence lost 58-50 in their recent non-league bout against Muscle Shoals (Muscle Shoals, AL)

Next up, the Falcons play the Section Lions (Section, AL) in a non-league bout, on Monday, December 12. St. John Paul II will attempt to upgrade on its 1-8 season record. The Lions come into the bout with a 0-4 record after their 87-68 league loss to North Sand Mountain (Higdon, AL).
