The Valencia Vikings basketball team scored 43 points and held the visiting Canyon Cowboys to 37 in the Vikings league triumph on Friday.
The Vikings now sport a 4-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Golden Valley for a contest on Tuesday, January 3. Valencia will meet a Grizzlies team coming off a 77-72 non-league loss to Thousand Oaks (Thousand Oaks, CA). The Grizzlies record now stands at 4-1.
The Cowboys (2-7) will now prepare for their contest against West Ranch (Valencia, CA). The Wildcats enter the contest with a 4-0 record.
