The Mission Hills Grizzlies basketball team scored 57 points and held the visiting Mt. Carmel Sundevils to 53 in the Grizzlies non-league triumph on Friday.

The Grizzlies now sport a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Otay Ranch for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 10. Mission Hills will battle a Mustangs team coming off a 48-42 non-league win over Morse (San Diego, CA). The Mustangs record now stands at 3-1.

The Sundevils (1-3) will now prepare for their contest against Carlsbad (Carlsbad, CA). The Lancers enter the contest with a 2-0 record. In their last contest, Carlsbad nudged Sage Creek (Carlsbad, CA), 71-39, in a league contest.
