Guntersville Wildcats (Guntersville, AL) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Arab Knights (Arab, AL), 52-37 in a league bout.

With the win, Guntersville upgrades its record to 5-1 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Lake Norman (Mooresville, NC) to play the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 20. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 9-0.

Next up, the Knights play the Oneonta Redskins (Oneonta, AL) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 13. Arab will attempt to upgrade on its 3-3 season record. The Redskins go into the bout with a 0-2 record after their 38-35 non-league loss to Springville (Springville, AL).
