Culbertson Cowboys (Culbertson, MT) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Bainville Bulldogs (Bainville, MT), 45-42 in a league bout.

With the win, Culbertson upgrades its record to 2-1 on the season. The Cowboys travel to Lambert/Richey (Lambert, MT) to play the R&L Fusion in a C District 2 bout on Saturday, December 10. The R&L Fusion go into the bout with a record of 0-1. Lambert/Richey lost 62-35 in their recent league bout against Bainville (Bainville, MT)

Next up, the Bulldogs play the Brockton Warriors (Brockton, MT) in a C District 2 bout, on Friday, December 16. Bainville will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record.
