The Calamus-Wheatland Warriors basketball team scored 69 points and held the visiting North Cedar Knights to 31 in the Warriors non-league triumph on Friday.

The Warriors now sport a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lisbon for a Tri-Rivers - East contest on Tuesday, December 13. Calamus-Wheatland will meet a Lions team coming off a 53-51 non-league loss to Springville (Springville, IA). The Lions record now stands at 2-3.

The Knights (0-4) will now prepare for their contest against Easton Valley (Preston, IA). The enter the non-league contest with a 0-5 record. In their last contest, Easton Valley was routed by Midland (Wyoming, IA), 63-43, in a league contest.
