Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Charlottesville Black Knights (Charlottesville, VA) and the visiting Wilson Memorial Green Hornets (Fishersville, VA), saw Charlottesville's basketball squad knock off Wilson Memorial by a count of 58-39.

With the victory, Charlottesville upgrades its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Black Knights host Goochland (Goochland, VA) to play the Bulldogs in a Jefferson challenge on Tuesday, December 13. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 0-3. Goochland lost 73-9 in their recent non-league challenge against William Monroe (Stanardsville, VA)

Next up, the Green Hornets play the Strasburg Rams (Strasburg, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 10. Wilson Memorial will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Rams come into the challenge with a 2-0 record after their 56-25 non-league win over Warren County (Front Royal, VA).
