Iowa High School Basketball - Crestwood knocked off by Waukon

The Waukon Indians basketball team scored 49 points and held the host Crestwood Cadets to 36 in the Indians league triumph on Friday.
The Indians now sport a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host New Hampton for a Northeast Iowa contest on Tuesday, December 13. Waukon will meet a Chickasaws team coming off a 59-54 non-league loss to Lanesboro (Lanesboro, MN). The Chickasaws record now stands at 1-4.
The Cadets (3-1) will now prepare for their contest against St. Charles (St. Charles, MN). The Fighting Saints enter the non-league contest with a 4-2 record. In their last contest, St. Charles ran past Wabasha-Kellogg (Wabasha, MN), 53-28, in a league contest.
