North Carolina High School Basketball - Gray Stone Day knocked off by Mount Pleasant

The Mount Pleasant Tigers basketball team scored 47 points and held the host Gray Stone Day Knights to 30 in the Tigers league triumph on Friday.

The Tigers now sport a 3-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Parkwood for a non-league contest on Wednesday, December 14.

The Knights (1-3) will now prepare for their contest against North Stanly (New London, NC). The Comets enter the 1A/2A Conference 35 contest with a 6-0 record. In their last contest, North Stanly ran past Robinson (Concord, NC), 58-34, in a league contest.
