Holy Innocents Episcopal Golden Bears (Atlanta, GA) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Stephenson Jaguars (Stone Mountain, GA), 62-32 in a league bout.

With the victory, Holy Innocents Episcopal upgrades its record to 4-3 on the campaign. The Golden Bears host Clarkston (Clarkston, GA) to play the Angoras in a AAAA Region 6 bout on Friday, December 16. The Angoras come into the bout with a record of 1-7. Clarkston lost 57-21 in their recent league bout against Southwest DeKalb (Decatur, GA)

Next up, the Jaguars play the Hapeville Charter Hornets (Atlanta, GA) in a AAAA Region 6 bout, on Tuesday, December 13. Stephenson will attempt to upgrade on its 3-4 season record. The Hornets come into the bout with a 6-3 record after their 74-30 non-league win over Towers (Decatur, GA).
