Mississippi High School Basketball - Leake County tops Scott Central

Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Leake County Gators (Walnut Grove, MS) and the visiting Scott Central Rebels (Forest, MS), saw Leake County's basketball squad knock off Scott Central by a count of 41-33.

With the victory, Leake County upgrades its record to 2-6 on the campaign. The Gators host Philadelphia (Philadelphia, MS) to play the Tornadoes in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 13. The Tornadoes come into the challenge with a record of 1-0. Philadelphia won 45-39 in their recent non-league challenge against Leake County (Walnut Grove, MS)

Next up, the Rebels play the Forest Bearcats (Forest, MS) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 13. Scott Central will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record.
