Richland Raiders (Lynnville, TN) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Loretto Mustangs (Loretto, TN), 45-41 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Richland upgrades its record to 4-0 on the campaign. The Raiders travel to Community (Unionville, TN) to play the Vikings/Viqueens in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 13. The Vikings/Viqueens come into the bout with a record of 5-3. Community won 56-42 in their recent non-league bout against Huntland (Huntland, TN)

Next up, the Mustangs play the Lawrence County Wildcats (Lawrenceburg, TN) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 13. Loretto will attempt to upgrade on its 5-2 season record.
