The Newport Buffaloes basketball team (Newport, PA), was overwhelmed 45-15 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Susquenita Blackhawks (Duncannon, PA)

The Blackhawks now possess a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to West Perry for a non-league battle on Saturday, December 10. Susquenita will confront a Mustangs team coming off a 52-22 non-league win over Greenwood (Millerstown, PA). The Mustangs record now stands at 2-0.
