The Pickerington North Panthers basketball team scored 67 points and held the host Westland Cougars to 16 in the Panthers league triumph on Friday.
The Panthers now sport a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Olentangy Berlin for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 13. Pickerington North will battle a Bears team coming off a 46-37 non-league loss to Bishop Ready (Columbus, OH). The Bears record now stands at 3-4.
The Cougars (2-6) will now prepare for their contest against West (Columbus, OH). The Cowboys enter the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, West was routed by Africentric Early College (Columbus, OH), 89-5, in a league contest.
