In Friday's league outing, the Rocky Mount Prep Jaguars (Rocky Mount, NC) basketball squad edged the visiting Wilson Prep Tigers (Wilson, NC), by a count of 37-33.

The Jaguars (1-2) will now prepare for their outing against Bertie (Windsor, NC). The Falcons go into the non-league outing with a 0-3 record. In their last outing, Bertie was tipped by Holmes (Edenton, NC), 46-35, in a non-league outing.

The Tigers now hold a 0-3 record. They play next when they host Farmville Central for a non-league outing on Saturday, December 10. Wilson Prep will clash with a Jaguars squad coming off a 52-39 league win over SouthWest Edgecombe (Pinetops, NC). The Jaguars record now stands at 3-2.
