Seminole Indians (Seminole, TX) backers were in high spirits Friday as they observed their basketball team notch a victory over the host Shallowater Mustangs (Shallowater, TX), 48-37 in a non-league game.

In their next game, the Indians face the Midland Bulldogs (Midland, TX) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, December 13. Seminole will attempt to move on its 11-3 season record. The Bulldogs enter the game with a 10-6 record after their 52-36 non-league win over Monahans (Monahans, TX).

With the defeat, Shallowater moves to 5-5 on the year. The Mustangs travel to Odessa (Odessa, TX) to confront the Bronchos in a non-league battle on Tuesday, December 13. The Bronchos come into the battle with a record of 8-8.
