Michigan High School Basketball - Springport overwhelms Union City

December 9, 2022: Springport, MI 49284

Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Springport Spartans (Springport, MI) and the visiting Union City Chargers (Union City, MI), saw Springport's basketball squad wallop Union City by a tally of 64-25.

With the victory, Springport improves its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Spartans travel to Michigan Center (Michigan Center, MI) to confront the Cardinals in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, December 14. The Cardinals come into the challenge with a record of 2-2.

Next up, the Chargers confront the Maple Valley Lions (Vermontville, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 13. Union City will attempt to improve on its 0-4 season record.
