With the victory, East Surry upgrades its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Cardinals host North Surry (Mount Airy, NC) to play the Greyhounds in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 13. The Greyhounds come into the challenge with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Vikings play the Alleghany Trojans (Sparta, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 13. North Wilkes will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record. The Trojans come into the challenge with a 0-6 record after their 27-16 non-league loss to South Stokes (Walnut Cove, NC).
