Beddingfield Bruins (Wilson, NC) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Fike Demons (Wilson, NC), 48-32 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Beddingfield upgrades its record to 4-3 on the campaign. The Bruins host Nash Central (Rocky Mount, NC) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 13. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a record of 1-4. Nash Central lost 65-33 in their recent non-league bout against Franklinton (Franklinton, NC)

Next up, the Demons play the South Johnston Trojans (Four Oaks, NC) in a non-league bout, on Monday, December 12. Fike will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record. The Trojans come into the bout with a 2-3 record after their 49-47 non-league loss to Southern Nash (Bailey, NC).
