Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the West Rowan Falcons (Mt. Ulla, NC) and the visiting Carson Cougars (China Grove, NC), saw West Rowan's basketball squad overcome Carson by a tally of 45-37.

With the victory, West Rowan improves its record to 1-5 on the campaign. The Falcons host South Rowan (China Grove, NC) to confront the Raiders in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 16. The Raiders come into the challenge with a record of 0-6. South Rowan lost 53-21 in their recent non-league challenge against Northwest Cabarrus (Concord, NC)

Next up, the Cougars confront the Lake Norman Charter Knights (Huntersville, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 16. Carson will attempt to improve on its 2-2 season record.
