Granville Central Panthers (Stem, NC) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting J.F. Webb Warriors (Oxford, NC), 67-55 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Granville Central upgrades its record to 6-1 on the season. The Panthers host Southern Durham (Durham, NC) to play the Spartans in a non-league bout on Friday, December 16. The Spartans go into the bout with a record of 2-2.
