The SouthLake Christian Academy basketball team scored 66 points and held the host Metrolina Christian Academy Warriors to 52 in the league triumph on Friday.
The now sport a 9-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Gaston Day for a contest on Tuesday, January 3. SouthLake Christian Academy will battle a Spartans team coming off a 61-36 league win over Metrolina Christian Academy (Indian Trail, NC). The Spartans record now stands at 6-0.
The Warriors (1-4) will now prepare for their contest against South Charlotte Thunder (Matthews, NC). The Thunder enter the non-league contest with a 4-6 record. In their last contest, South Charlotte Thunder ran past Covenant Day (Matthews, NC), 59-28, in a non-league contest.
