Pine Forest Trojans (Fayetteville, NC) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Western Harnett Eagles (Lillington, NC), 51-29 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Pine Forest upgrades its record to 3-3 on the season. The Trojans travel to Jack Britt (Fayetteville, NC) to clash with the Buccaneers in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 28. The Buccaneers go into the bout with a record of 3-4. Jack Britt won 55-37 in their recent non-league bout against Douglas Byrd (Fayetteville, NC)

Next up, the Eagles clash with the Southern Lee Cavaliers (Sanford, NC) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, December 14. Western Harnett will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record. The Cavaliers go into the bout with a 5-1 record after their 51-44 non-league loss to Richmond (Rockingham, NC).
