Triton Hawks (Erwin, NC) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Terry Sanford Bulldogs (Fayetteville, NC), 57-53 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Triton upgrades its record to 6-0 on the season. The Hawks travel to South Johnston (Four Oaks, NC) to clash with the Trojans in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 15. The Trojans go into the bout with a record of 2-3.

Next up, the Bulldogs clash with the Seventy-First Falcons (Fayetteville, NC) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 16. Terry Sanford will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record. The Falcons go into the bout with a 3-1 record after their 52-46 league win over South View (Hope Mills, NC).
