Palacios Sharks (Palacios, TX) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Boling Bulldogs (Boling, TX), 47-45 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Palacios upgrades its record to 7-8 on the season. The Sharks host East Bernard (East Bernard, TX) to play the Brahmas in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 9. The Brahmas go into the bout with a record of 4-4. East Bernard won 55-38 in their recent non-league bout against St. Joseph (Victoria, TX)

Next up, the Bulldogs play the Industrial Cobras (Vanderbilt, TX) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 12. Boling will attempt to upgrade on its 4-4 season record. The Cobras go into the bout with a 3-6 record after their 49-38 non-league loss to Bay City (Bay City, TX).
