With the victory, Valley improves its record to 7-0 on the campaign. The Rams travel to Tallassee (Tallassee, AL) to play the Tigers in a 5A Area 7 challenge on Wednesday, December 13. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 7-4. Tallassee lost 49-48 in their recent non-league challenge against Bullock County (Union Springs, AL)

Next up, the Cavaliers play the McNair Mustangs (Atlanta, GA) in a AA Region 5 challenge, on Tuesday, December 12. Callaway will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a 1-9 record after their 78-46 league loss to Towers (Decatur, GA).
