With the victory, Cardinal Newman improves its record to 8-0 on the campaign. The Cardinals travel to Montgomery (Santa Rosa, CA) to play the Vikings in a North Bay - Oak challenge on Tuesday, December 12. The Vikings come into the challenge with a record of 6-1. Montgomery won 48-41 in their recent non-league challenge against Arcata (Arcata, CA)

Next up, the Trojans play the Del Campo Cougars (Fair Oaks, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 14. Petaluma will attempt to improve on its 5-1 season record.
