Watersprings (Idaho Falls, ID) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Challis Vikings (Challis, ID), 49-35 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Watersprings upgrades its record to 3-0 on the season. The travel to Raft River (Malta, ID) to play the Trojans in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 14. The Trojans go into the bout with a record of 0-2.

Next up, the Vikings play the Mackay Miners (Mackay, ID) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 12. Challis will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record. The Miners go into the bout with a 3-1 record after their 57-40 non-league win over Grace Lutheran (Pocatello, ID).
