Lakes Eagles (Lake Villa, IL) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Round Lake Panthers (Round Lake, IL), 67-24 in a league bout.

With the victory, Lakes upgrades its record to 3-7 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Fremd (Palatine, IL) to play the Vikings in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 12. The Vikings come into the bout with a record of 4-3. Fremd won 62-45 in their recent league bout against Schaumburg (Schaumburg, IL)

Next up, the Panthers play the Buffalo Grove Bison (Buffalo Grove, IL) in a non-league bout, on Monday, December 11. Round Lake will attempt to upgrade on its 0-7 season record. The Bison come into the bout with a 4-3 record after their 60-42 league win over Hersey (Arlington Heights, IL).
