Georgia High School Basketball - Midtown knocked off by Lithia Springs

The Lithia Springs Lions basketball team scored 67 points and held the host Midtown Knights to 52 in the Lions league triumph on Saturday.
The Lions now sport a 3-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Carrollton for a non-league contest on Monday, December 18. Lithia Springs will meet a Trojans team coming off a 75-46 non-league win over Trinity Christian (Sharpsburg, GA). The Trojans record now stands at 5-2.
The Knights (3-6) will now prepare for their contest against Lovett (Atlanta, GA). The Lions enter the non-league contest with a 5-4 record. In their last contest, Lovett ran past Alpharetta (Alpharetta, GA), 67-57, in a non-league contest.
