Texas High School Basketball - Rivercrest knocked off by McLeod

The McLeod Longhorns basketball team scored 49 points and held the visiting Rivercrest Rebels to 29 in the Longhorns non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Longhorns now sport a 16-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host New Boston for a non-league game on Tuesday, December 12. McLeod will face a Lions team coming off a 95-35 non-league loss to Idabel (Idabel, OK). The Lions record now stands at 4-6.
With the defeat, Rivercrest moves to 5-10 on the year. The Rebels host Winnsboro (Winnsboro, TX) to face the Raiders in a non-league game on Friday, December 15. The Raiders enter the game with a record of 0-0.
